Learn about edible plants

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to rely less on supermarkets and more on what we can grow and forage?

We needn’t have our own farms, even a windowsill can be both productive and uplifting whether used for herbs, flowers or both.

Have you ever wondered about the treasures hiding in plain sight? Are you curious to learn more about edible wild foods but don’t know where to start?

Perhaps you are interested in exploring the realm of edible plants purely for educational reasons, satisfying a curiosity about nature’s wild offerings without necessarily using them in meals or recipes?

Are you ready to embark on a journey of nutritional discovery in Surrey’s stunning landscapes?

Learn how integrating nature’s diverse offerings can enhance both culinary experiences and overall health.

If you come on a foraging walk with me, I can show you some of the basics of finding fresh, nutritious food for free, plus you get a little gentle exercise, a beautiful view and some company thrown in!

Let’s unravel the world of edible wild foods together.

All walks are in the Guildford Area (Surrey, UK).
