The first step



My 30 minute discovery call is a chance for us to talk

It’s free, with no obligation and gives us the opportunity to discuss your goal(s) and how a personalised nutrition plan could help you.

Initial Consultation


Following your discovery call, we’ll move on to a face-to-face consultation or an online video consultation if that suits you better.

We’ll need to cover your health history and current diet/lifestyle, so ahead of our meeting I’ll ask you to complete a Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire.

Then we can start to create your personalised nutrition plan.

Our consultation will last approximately 75 minutes. By the end, you’ll have a plan to include food and lifestyle recommendations, supplements may also be recommended*.

Most importantly, you’ll have a way forward.

*Any supplement costs are additional to the programme fee.

Follow up Consultation


Where an initial consultation allows us to create a plan, a follow-up appointment gives us a chance to talk about what’s working for you.

Depending on your goal(s) and how you like to work will depend on when a follow up consultation is recommended, but the first one is usually 4 – 6 weeks after the initial consultation to keep up momentum.

The 50-minute consultation will help us understand what’s working well whilst also enabling us to review any changes or amendments you may require.

  • 2 x 50 minute follow up consultations (usually online)

– Support, motivation and planning over the course of 8-12 weeks.

Supplement plan, if appropriate

  • 2 x 50 minute follow up consultations (usually online)

– Review of nutrition plan, lifestyle recommendations and supplement plan

– Support, motivation and planning over the course of 8-12 weeks.

– Email support along the way.

  • A private laboratory test (either a hormone panel, nutritional assessment or stool analysis, depending on your goal and health plan).

– Interpretation of test results and recommendations as relevant.

  • 2 x 30 min coaching sessions for extra support online/by phone.
  • TWO private laboratory tests (either a hormone panel, nutritional assessment or stool analysis, depending on your goal and health plan).

– Interpretation of test results and recommendations as relevant.
